Previously, the city also simultaneously started and inaugurated 250 projects to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day. These are projects ranging from urban infrastructure, environment to cultural institutions.

At the same time, infrastructure, environmental and social housing projects were also inaugurated and started during the holiday, demonstrating a more sustainable social security infrastructure and a “two-tier” welfare approach, both providing direct support for people to feel immediately and investing in the foundation for sustainable welfare. Those silent “bricks” are multiplying, adding up to tangible welfare for the community, especially the disadvantaged. Each item, no matter how small, is a tangible welfare, helping people travel conveniently, the environment is clean, procedures are faster, children go to school more happily… - those “gifts” are more practical and sustainable than any wishes.

It is also the warmth of Independence Day, the warmth of practical care today, and the warmth of the commitment to not leave anyone behind in the development process of the nation. Caring for social security is the top priority. This year's National Day gift is not only material support, but also the presence of the Party and State in every home, every meal, every dream of going to school. It is also a message that in the development journey, the Party and State always accompany the people.

Returning to the "hundreds of thousands" gift sent to all people, although this is not a large amount of money, it is a new mark in social security payments established when the payment method is increasingly linked to the VNeID electronic identification account, helping the support to reach the people immediately, ensuring transparency, reducing hassle, and eliminating the need to queue up to sign for receipt as before. In the long term, this is an important basis for forming a digital social security infrastructure, so that when it is necessary to activate emergency support in case of natural disasters, epidemics, etc., this digital social security system can "run" immediately, run quickly, and at the right address.
