MSB receives 2 awards at APEA 2025

(Dan Tri Newspaper) - Vietnam Maritime Commercial Bank (MSB) has just received two awards at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) 2025, including "Outstanding Asian Enterprise" and "Inspiring Brand".

This is a leading award in the Asia-Pacific region with 18 years of professional evaluation, organized annually by the Asian Business Association, to honor businesses with outstanding achievements in product and service innovation, business development, and positive contributions to the community.

Therefore, this recognition not only affirms MSB as one of the leading banks in Vietnam but also demonstrates the bank's strong position on the regional financial map.

The "Outstanding Asian Enterprise" and "Inspiring Brand" awards are two important categories of APEA 2025, presented to MSB for its outstanding performance, technological innovation, human resource development, and commitment to social responsibility.

Accordingly, with a strong financial foundation and a robust risk management strategy, MSB recorded positive growth. By the end of 2024, MSB's total assets reached nearly VND 320,200 billion, an increase of approximately 20% compared to the previous year. Pre-tax profit reached VND 6,903 billion, an increase of more than 18% compared to 2023.

Currently, MSB owns an extensive network of 260 branches and transaction offices; connects with nearly 400 correspondent banks in 55 countries and territories and serves more than 6 million individual customers and 1,000 corporate customers.

To achieve these results, technological innovation and digital transformation play a crucial role. Initiatives such as ultra-fast business lending, AI-powered credit card issuance, and projects to modernize core banking systems, develop interactive banking platforms, and apply marketing technologies have helped banks minimize paperwork, enhance security, and optimize customer experience.

As a result, MSB has improved its operational efficiency, enhanced customer interaction, and increased its competitiveness in the market.

In the last two years, the percentage of customers willing to recommend MSB's products and services has increased by 25%. The Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) also reached 80.2/100, reflecting the high level of trust and satisfaction customers have with the digital experiences that MSB provides.

MSB was honored based on the convenience (harmonious benefits and advantages) of two outstanding products: the FX Dealing foreign exchange trading system and the M-Flex flexible online mortgage loan.

This award once again affirms MSB's commitment to creating innovative financial solutions that help customers access services quickly, efficiently, and securely.
