MSB received 2 awards at APEA 2025

(Dan Tri) - Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB) has just received two awards at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) 2025, including "Asia's Outstanding Enterprise" and "Inspiring Brand".

This is the leading award in the Asia- Pacific region with 18 years of professional evaluation, organized annually by the Asian Business Association, to honor businesses with outstanding achievements in product and service innovation, business development and positive contributions to the community.

Therefore, this recognition not only affirms MSB as one of the leading banks in Vietnam but also demonstrates the bank's strong position on the regional financial map.

The "Asian Enterprise Excellence" and "Inspiring Brand" awards are two important categories of APEA 2025, awarded to MSB thanks to a series of highlights on operational results, technological innovation, human resource development and commitment to social responsibility.

Accordingly, with a strong financial foundation and a strict risk management strategy, MSB recorded positive growth. By the end of 2024, MSB's total assets reached nearly VND 320,200 billion, an increase of approximately 20% over the previous year. Pre-tax profit reached VND 6,903 billion, an increase of more than 18% over 2023.

Currently, MSB owns a wide network of 260 branches and transaction offices; connecting with nearly 400 correspondent banks in 55 countries and territories and serving more than 6 million individual customers and 1,000 corporate customers.

To achieve the above results, technological innovation and digital transformation play an important role. Initiatives such as super-fast business lending, AI-based credit card issuance, core banking system modernization projects, interactive banking platform development, marketing technology applications, etc. have helped banks reduce paperwork, enhance security and optimize customer experience.

Thanks to that, MSB has improved operational efficiency, increased customer interaction, and increased competitiveness in the market.

In the past two years, the percentage of customers willing to recommend MSB products and services has increased by 25%. The Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) also reached 80.2/100, reflecting the high level of trust and satisfaction of customers with the digital experiences that MSB brings.

MSB was honored based on the convenience (convenience and harmonious benefits) of two outstanding products: FX Dealing foreign currency trading system and M-Flex online flexible mortgage loan.

This title once again affirms MSB's commitment to creating financial solutions, helping customers access services quickly, effectively and safely.
