Studying the reality at the Thai Nguyen residential - hotel - commercial center complex project (address at No. 1, Hoang Van Thu Street, Phan Dinh Phung Ward, Thai Nguyen City), we found that the progress of completing the project is being accelerated. Regarding the housing - hotel complex, the Project has 2 tower blocks. The high-class apartment tower block has 25 floors with a total of 188 apartments. The hotel, Condotel, office tower block has 17 floors with 42 serviced apartments and 40 hotel apartments. With the Project being eligible to be allowed to do business in future housing according to the Law on Real Estate Business, in terms of legal basis, residents buying apartments from the Company can be completely assured.

At the end of March this year, the joint venture of Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company and Nacico Joint Stock Company held the opening ceremony of Van Phu Shophouse, part of the rural residential project in Duyen hamlet, Ky Phu commune (Dai Tu). This is one of 17 projects announced by the Department of Construction as eligible to be licensed to trade in future housing.
The Duyen hamlet rural residential area project has a total investment of nearly 140 billion VND, the investor is Hoa Lu Golden Lotus Company Limited; implemented from 2020-2022 according to Decision No. 3700/QD-UBND dated November 24, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee. The project has a total area of 10.15 hectares, with 262 plots of land, including 27 shophouses and a synchronous, modern and convenient infrastructure system, including: Square, children's playground, 36m wide traffic road, 6m wide sidewalk, lighting system, water supply and drainage, communication, trees...
This is considered a model residential area of Dai Tu district, contributing to changing the urban appearance, promoting tourism and service development in the area; is one of the first projects of the province implemented in the form of bidding to select investors according to Decree No. 30/ND-CP of the Government.

According to the list announced by the Department of Construction, as of September 30, 2023, there are 17 projects in the province that are eligible to trade in future housing according to the provisions of law. The projects are concentrated in Thai Nguyen City, Pho Yen City, Song Cong City and Dai Tu District.
Specifically, Thai Nguyen City has 6 projects including: Thai Nguyen Tower mixed-use building, Trung Vuong ward, with a scale of 314 units, the investor is a joint venture of VNF1 Retail Distribution Joint Stock Company - 578 Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company; Thai Hung Eco City new urban area invested by Thai Hung Trading Joint Stock Company, opened for sale in phase 4 with 136 units, phase 5 with 80 units; Residential area for sale and rent, Thinh Dan ward, of May Thang Tam Trading and Service Company Limited, with 720 units; Cao Ngan residential area (phase 2) of Danko Group Joint Stock Company with 83 units... Pho Yen City has 5 projects; Song Cong City has 3 projects and Dai Tu district has 3 projects.
Based on the approved housing development plan in the province, the Department of Construction has focused on urging investors in housing and urban area construction projects to complete the identified housing development targets. At the same time, it has promoted the development of satellite cities, focused on diversifying housing types, and encouraged businesses to invest in building social housing, apartment buildings, rental housing, and housing for industrial park workers to meet the housing needs of different income levels.
By periodically publicizing the list of qualified real estate projects that are being put into business, the Department of Construction has widely informed those who want to buy to carefully study the legal documents of the real estate.
The Department of Construction also recommends that buyers carefully study the legal documents of the property. In case organizations or individuals have evidence of signing a real estate business contract between customers and investors when they do not meet the business conditions prescribed by law, they are requested to provide it to the Department of Construction or relevant agencies (where the project is for sale) for consideration and handling according to the law.
