Before that, on the evening of June 1, on social networks, a clip of a young man riding a motorbike with one wheel on Le Van Luong Street spread on social networks. As soon as the complaint was received, Traffic Police Team No. 6 identified the driver and invited him to work.
P. confessed, around 22:30 p.m. on June 1, while walking on Le Van Luong Street (Thanh Xuan, Hanoi), P. was driving a motorbike with BKS 6X29-7.XX for the purpose of asking friends to record the clip and post it on social media to show off his "trophy".
After being propagated by the traffic police force, P. realized that his behavior was wrong. At the same time, P. wrote a commitment not to repeat the offense.
