P. confessed, around 22:30 p.m. on June 1, while walking on Le Van Luong Street (Thanh Xuan, Hanoi), P. was driving a motorbike with BKS 6X29-7.XX for the purpose of asking friends to record the clip and post it on social media to show off his "trophy".
