• Ca Mau - A shining example of innovation and creativity in administrative reform.
  • Implement drastic administrative reforms right from the beginning of the year.
  • Digital government: the foundation of administrative reform.

A highlight of the first few months of 2026 was the significant improvement in the quality of administrative procedures . In February alone, the rate of applications processed correctly and ahead of schedule at the provincial level reached 98.57%, an increase from 94.16% in the previous month, while the commune level maintained a high rate of 98.67%. Notably, the number of overdue applications at the provincial level decreased sharply from 5.84% to 1.43%, demonstrating the effectiveness of improving the quality of each stage, from receiving and processing applications to monitoring their progress.

Improving the quality of administrative procedures is not only reflected in numbers but also in the practical experiences of the people. Mr. Nguyen Minh Huan, from Khuc Treo A hamlet, Phong Thanh commune, shared: “Currently, administrative procedures in the commune are quite quick and efficient, and the staff provide dedicated guidance. Many procedures can be done online, so people don't have to travel back and forth multiple times, saving time and effort.” These responses are vivid proof of the effectiveness of improving the quality of administrative procedures, bringing practical benefits to the community.

Discipline and adherence to procedures in Tri Phai commune have been improved, ensuring that all administrative procedures are processed quickly, transparently, and efficiently.

Administrative discipline and order have also been improved alongside the application of technology . Mr. Dang Hoang Hung, Deputy Director of the Thoi Binh Commune Public Administrative Service Center, emphasized: “From the beginning of the year, we have instructed officials and civil servants to strictly adhere to administrative discipline, ensuring that applications are received and processed on time. Applications arising at the beginning of the year are monitored and processed promptly, preventing prolonged backlogs, while simultaneously promoting digitalization and online application processing to improve service quality.”
