Explaining the attraction, many shop owners said that on nice weather days, people always want to find cool, spacious places to have fun. The West Lake area is a place to catch the wind, and the roads are planted with many trees, providing shade, helping the bicycle rental service flourish.

Ms. Nguyen Hai Anh (24 years old), an office worker in Cau Giay shared: “Taking advantage of the nice weather and not too hot sun, after work, my colleagues and I went to West Lake to rent bicycles. It is both relaxing and good for health, I find this a quite attractive activity, attracting most young people today.”

The service users are quite diverse, from children to the elderly.
