On February 7th, Google launched Bard, a chatbot software developed by the company itself. This is considered a strategic product for Google in the race for artificial intelligence in particular, and in competition with ChatGPT in general.
Bard is built on the LaMDA language model for conversational applications. It is an artificial intelligence project for automated chat software (chatbots), first introduced by Google in 2021.
According to Google, Bard can help users simplify complex problems, for example, answering difficult questions with simple information that even a child can understand.
When it was first launched, Google Bard was only available in a few countries. But recently, Bard has officially opened its doors to users in Vietnam.
Here's how to use Google Drive in Vietnamese on both smartphones and computers:
First, access the Google Bard website.
Click "Sign in" in the upper right corner to sign in to your Gmail account. If your Gmail account is already signed in to your web browser, you can skip this step and click "Try Bard".
- Next, read and agree to the terms of use displayed on the following webpage. Click "Show more" to display the full terms of use, then click "I agree" to continue.
Before using Google Bard, a dialog box will appear warning users that "Bard is currently in a testing phase," therefore users may encounter some mistakes or limitations when using it.
Alternatively, you can check this box to receive Google notifications about new features on Bard, or click "Continue" to start using Bard.
- After completing the steps above, you can use Bard to answer questions or clarify queries. Simply enter your question or the information you need clarified in the "Enter command here" box and press Enter; the software will quickly provide you with an answer.
In addition to chatbot features, users can also ask Bard to write poems, tell jokes, help write emails, draft posts, or write blog posts…
During testing, Google's Bard performed well, without experiencing overload and understanding questions in Vietnamese. However, not all answers from Google Bard are accurate, so users should exercise caution when using information provided by Bard.
