Russia comments on Ukraine's successful testing of a new missile.

On November 2, Vladimir Konstantinov, head of the Crimean legislature, accused the West of secretly supplying Ukraine with long-range weapons through various means.

Konstantinov pointed out that the West could dismantle long-range missiles and transfer them to Ukraine, after which Kyiv could claim these missiles were domestically manufactured and tested. These missiles would then be labeled as made in Ukraine and used to attack Russian territory.

Previously, on October 29th, Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) attacked the Putin Special Forces Academy in the Chechen Republic of Russia for the first time – a location 850 km from Ukraine. Based on images circulating on social media, this UAV may have a range of up to 1,300 km and was launched from the Odessa province, traveling across the Black Sea at a speed of 140 km/h.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on November 1 that his country needed permission from its allies to launch long-range missiles at Russia in response to the deployment of North Korean troops there. Zelensky stated: “We see every location where Russia is gathering North Korean soldiers... all their military camps. We can launch a preemptive strike...”
