Alongside infrastructure upgrades, Phuc Thuan village has encouraged its residents to diversify their crops, renovate neglected gardens, and switch to planting high - value fruit trees. To date, the village has 5 model gardens generating incomes ranging from 50 to nearly 100 million VND per year, and 100% of household gardens have been renovated according to the plan.

Mr. Bui Van Hoa's family garden is one of the models that generates nearly 100 million VND in income per year. Mr. Hoa shared: "Nearly four years ago, I started renovating my overgrown garden to plant new green pomelos, Thai jackfruit, and various vegetables. Thanks to adhering to clean production processes, using only organic and microbial fertilizers, and not using pesticides, the model generates more than 10 times the income each year. Not only does it improve my family's income, but building a model garden also brings a green, clean, and beautiful space to my home."
