In this document, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc requested the Ministry of Construction to direct the Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC), Project Management Board 85 and contractors to increase human resources, construction equipment, financial resources, and speed up construction progress to complete the Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway Project; Component 2 Project, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project in 2025, ensuring quality, efficiency and safety of the project.

At the same time, the People's Committees of Dong Nai province and Ba Ria - Vung Tau province directed investors and contractors to speed up the construction progress of component projects 1 and 3, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project in 2025.

Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc also requested the People's Committee of Dong Nai province to direct relevant units to speed up the progress of handing over the site (0.3km of the Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway Project; the remaining 0.62km and 114 households of Component Project 1; the overpass area on provincial road 770B of Component Project 2, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project), ensuring the completion progress according to the direction of the Prime Minister.

Along with that, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee resolutely directed relevant units to speed up the relocation of 19 high-voltage power lines and 50 low-voltage power lines to ensure completion progress according to the direction of the Prime Minister.

Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc also requested the People's Committee of Dong Nai province to direct relevant departments and branches to review and consider increasing capacity and adding more mines to increase supply volume, meeting the demand for construction materials according to plan (about 2 thousand m3/day for Project Component 1 and about 3.5 thousand m3/day for Project Component 2, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project). Direct enterprises to increase mining operation time, including holidays, weekends and nights (shift 2, shift 3) to ensure continuous supply of materials to contractors.

Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee directed relevant agencies to strictly manage construction material prices, prevent the situation of taking advantage of the scarcity of supply to raise prices, forcing down prices, affecting progress and implementation costs.
