From Dong Hoi ward, where the congress took place, to the central wards of Dong Ha, Nam Dong Ha, from coastal communes to remote mountainous areas, flags, banners, billboards, and posters were all ablaze. Welcoming the big festival, in Dong Hoi ward, the provincial capital, each street was cleaned and decorated, the atmosphere of excitement spread to each resident. Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Hue, Phu My residential group, excitedly shared: "Preparing for the Provincial Party Congress, Dong Hoi ward was decorated with colorful flags and flowers, both beautiful and solemn, we are very proud. The atmosphere of excitement to welcome the congress spread throughout Bo Trach commune, where people hung flags, slogans, and banners to welcome the congress and actively cleaned the village roads and beautified the landscape. Head of the Culture and Society Department of Bo Trach commune, Le Thi Thu Huyen, said: “The 1st Quang Tri Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, is a major event that cadres, party members and people are looking forward to. Meanwhile, in the mountainous commune of La Lay, officials and people are eagerly welcoming the big festival. “In recent days, the locality has been urgently overcoming the consequences of storm No. 10 and focusing on carefully preparing activities to welcome the congress, creating an exciting atmosphere throughout the villages. Despite many difficulties, people are still happy, confident and looking forward to the new decisions of the congress, especially the attention and investment in the mountainous area, so that production life will increasingly improve,” said Comrade Pham Xuan Khanh, Secretary of the Party Committee of La Lay commune.

Along with the space displaying images of the outstanding achievements of the term, the OCOP booth has been completed by the units, promising to bring rich colors, promote typical local products and create a vibrant atmosphere to welcome this particularly important political event.
