* Nghe An plans a new administrative center of Dien Chau district, covering more than 32 hectares in Dien Hoa commune. This is one of the contents of the Phu Dien urban expansion master plan (scale 1/10,000) recently approved by the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.
