To expedite the processing, the task force assigned 8 departments and agencies and 7 communes and wards to research and propose specific solutions according to the functions and authority of each unit.

Among the assigned agencies, the Department of Finance is responsible for 61 projects. To date, the department has resolved difficulties for 6 projects; completed reports and submitted proposals to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration of 2 projects; and proposed removing 2 projects from the monitoring list.

This is a large-scale project group with many aspects related to financial obligations, procedures, and issues that require thorough review before being submitted to competent authorities for consideration and decision.

Regarding the tax sector, currently 12 out of 103 projects have outstanding financial obligations totaling over 1,230 billion VND.
