Resolution 71 promotes training institutions to cooperate with international professional organizations.

Resolution 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development affirmed: " Education is the top national policy, deciding the future of the nation", this is an important milestone, opening up preferential policies and encouraging investment to strongly develop Vietnam's education.

Especially university education, moving towards regional and international standards; training high-quality human resources to serve the country's goals in the era of national growth.

According to Dr. Vu Van Ngoc - Director of the Institute of Advanced, High Quality Training & POHE, National Economics University, investment in education, especially university education, will create huge development resources for the country.

Firstly, training high-quality human resources with knowledge, skills and creative thinking to improve labor productivity and be competitive in the international arena.

Second, universities are centers of research and innovation, where new knowledge and technology are produced, helping the country catch up with global trends, especially in key areas such as technology and artificial intelligence.

Third, higher education linked to businesses will meet labor market needs and promote economic development.

Fourth, a strong university system also contributes to enhancing national position and competitiveness, attracting international cooperation, and creating a foundation for sustainable development.

Dr. Vu Van Ngoc also shared that Resolution 71-NQ/TW has proposed a solution to "strongly innovate training programs according to international standards". Accordingly, training programs must be designed according to output standards linked to labor market needs, focusing on developing digital skills, soft skills and foreign languages.

At the same time, innovate teaching methods in a modern direction, focusing on learners and enhancing practical experiences.

In addition, the teaching staff needs to be standardized, improved, and encouraged to participate in research and international publications to link training with science.

Applying digital transformation, building smart classrooms, open learning materials and personalizing learning with new technology, including using textbooks integrated with artificial intelligence, is also an inevitable trend.

In addition, universities need to promote cooperation with businesses and international organizations, especially international professional organizations such as ACCA, CFA, ANZIIF, HRCI...; conduct quality accreditation according to international standards such as AACSP, ACBSP, ABET... to ensure transparency and social responsibility.

Integrating international certificates into the training program is the solution to the problem of improving competitiveness and quickly meeting the requirements of the global market. Accordingly, students not only complete the bachelor's program but also accumulate international professional certificates, shortening the time and cost compared to studying each course separately.

Students are exposed to professional standards while still in the classroom, helping them to be more confident when entering the harsh labor market. This means that they not only “graduate” but also “work ready” immediately.

Only by doing these things well can higher education integrate, modernize and create high-quality human resources to serve the country's sustainable development.
