After visiting the creative and self-learning spaces for young people here, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man highly appreciated the TUMO Creative Technology Center model of Armenia; and requested Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha to direct research towards building creative technology centers similar to the TUMO model of Armenia.

According to the Speaker of the National Assembly, the aforementioned effective educational methods and models help create a more conducive educational environment for Vietnamese youth to self-learn and improve their skills, especially in science and technology, innovation, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation.

This is one of the necessary conditions for training digital human resources in the new era, the era of national progress.

The Chairman of the National Assembly stated that Vietnam recently decided to waive tuition fees for students from preschool to high school in public schools nationwide; demonstrating the special attention of the Vietnamese Party and State to the development of human resources, especially high-quality human resources - one of the three strategic breakthroughs according to the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and the delegation listened to a presentation about the TUMO Creative Technology Center, which offers training programs conducted through self-study, workshops, and project experiments with 14 learning objectives.

Through these forms of education, Armenia is redefining education by empowering young people to take responsibility for their own learning. Through a unique blend of exploration, self-learning, hands-on workshops, and expert-led labs, young people develop practical skills across 15 dynamic disciplines, from programming and robotics to music and graphic design.

According to the Center's representatives, by fostering creativity, critical thinking, and technological fluency, Armenia empowers the next generation to lead, innovate, and shape the future.

To date, the TUMO network has expanded with centers in many other cities, such as: Dilijan, Gyumri, Stepanakert (Artsakh), Paris (France), Beirut (Lebanon), Tirana (Albania), Berlin (Germany), Lyon (France), Kyiv (Ukraine), Mannheim (Germany), Coimbra (Portugal) and Lisbon (Portugal).

Armenia is currently building 16 full-scale TUMO centers in major cities and establishing 110 “TUMO Boxes”—compact, high-tech learning spaces—for young people in remote areas.

In June 2025, TUMO plans to open its first TUMO Innovation Technology Center in Asia (located in Japan).
