In 2024, the province's GRDP growth rate will reach 13.85%, leading the country; the economic scale is estimated at about 8.6 billion USD, bringing Bac Giang to the group of highly competitive provinces in the Northern region. To date, the whole province has established 11 industrial parks and 55 industrial clusters with a total area of ​​over 5,047 hectares.

By 2024, the province has attracted 613 FDI projects with a total registered capital of 12.5 billion USD. Bac Giang's export turnover in 2024 will reach 31.1 billion USD, accounting for 7.66% of the total national export turnover, bringing the province to the 5th position in the country in terms of export. Synchronous investment in industrial park infrastructure and regional traffic connections, along with strong administrative reforms, has created a superior competitive advantage for the province in attracting and retaining investors.

High-tech agriculture has developed in depth, gradually building value chains and regional brands. Restructuring agriculture combined with strong application of science and technology has created a new look for Bac Giang countryside. Lychee products are considered "typical of Vietnamese agricultural products", continuously expanding production areas meeting VietGAP and GlobalGAP standards, exporting to more than 30 countries and territories, including demanding markets such as Japan, the United States, Australia, the EU...

Bac Giang is considered the leading province in the Northern Midlands and Mountains region in terms of added value in the agricultural sector. Education and training continue to maintain high rankings nationwide. Infrastructure for transportation, urban areas, digital technology, and social security are invested synchronously and effectively, creating the foundation for a sustainable development strategy.
