In the recent period, many policies, mechanisms and solutions have been issued by the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee, creating a solid legal basis and an important premise for the work of building and developing culture and people to achieve comprehensive results. The good traditional values of Vietnamese culture and people continue to be preserved, along with new features in cultural values and ethical standards of Bac Giang people continue to be formed and promoted, civilized and modern. The physical strength, capacity and intelligence of Bac Giang people have developed. Education, training, labor, employment, health, population, family, children and social security are concerned and have many positive changes, some areas are bright spots of the whole country.
