People agree to donate land to open roads

To facilitate the project implementation, Tam Ky Ward People's Committee organized a meeting to collect public opinions on the project to upgrade the road section from Tran Cao Van Street to the railway in Xuan Dong block. This is a project implemented according to the State's investment policy, with the people agreeing to donate land.

According to the investor's report, the route is 531.77m long, the starting point is adjacent to Tran Cao Van Street, the end point is adjacent to the planned route B=13.5. The project has a total investment of more than 14 billion VND, designed to expand and synchronize the drainage system, sidewalks and trees.

The project affects 46 households with 68 plots of land. At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Quang Tuan, Permanent Vice Chairman of Tam Ky Ward People's Committee, provided specific information on the scale, scope, implementation progress and support policies; at the same time, he encouraged people to agree and voluntarily donate land so that the project could be implemented soon.

Many participating households expressed their high consensus, believing that this is a correct policy, bringing practical benefits to the community, demonstrating the sense of responsibility and awareness for the common good of local people. Among them, Mrs. Pham Thi Dien's household donated ^260m2 , Mr. Tran Phu Quoc's household donated more than ^50m2 ... According to representatives of these households, the land donation aims to contribute to speeding up the project's progress, people also benefit from convenient transportation, the urban appearance is also renovated to be more modern and civilized.

The ward leaders praised the people's spirit of consensus and sharing; at the same time, committed to coordinate with the city's functional departments to implement the project publicly, transparently, and in accordance with regulations, ensuring the progress and quality of the project, contributing to changing the appearance of Tam Ky urban area to become more spacious and modern. When completed, the project will contribute to completing the technical infrastructure of the residential area, facilitating traffic, beautifying the landscape and improving the living conditions of people in the area.
