The people agreed to donate land to open the road.

Through the process of soliciting public opinion on the project to upgrade the road section from Tran Cao Van Street to the railway line in Xuan Dong neighborhood, Tam Ky ward, many affected households have agreed to donate land, contributing to the construction of a civilized and modern urban area.

To ensure the project's smooth implementation, the People's Committee of Tam Ky Ward organized a meeting to gather public opinion on the project to upgrade the road section from Tran Cao Van Street to the railway line in Xuan Dong neighborhood. This project is being implemented under the State's investment policy, with the people agreeing to donate land.

According to the investor's report, the road is 531.77m long, starting at Tran Cao Van Street and ending at the planned road with a width of B=13.5. The project has a total investment of over 14 billion VND and is designed to expand and integrate the drainage system, sidewalks, and greenery.

The project affects 46 households with 68 plots of land. At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Quang Tuan, Standing Vice Chairman of the Tam Ky Ward People's Committee, provided specific information about the scale, scope, implementation progress, and support policies; and encouraged residents to agree and voluntarily donate land so that the project can be implemented soon.

Many participating households expressed strong agreement, considering this a sound policy that brings practical benefits to the community, demonstrating the sense of responsibility and common good of the local people. Among them, Ms. Pham Thi Dien's household donated 260m² , Mr. Tran Phu Quoc's household donated over 50m² ... According to representatives of these households, the land donation contributes to accelerating the project's progress, and residents also benefit from improved transportation and a more modern and civilized urban landscape.

The ward leaders commended the people's spirit of consensus and cooperation; and committed to coordinating with the city's functional departments to implement the project openly, transparently, and in accordance with regulations, ensuring the progress and quality of the construction, contributing to changing the urban landscape of Tam Ky to become increasingly more modern and attractive. Upon completion, the project will contribute to improving the technical infrastructure of the residential area, facilitating traffic, beautifying the landscape, and improving the living conditions of people in the area.
