Early yesterday morning, July 1, the staff and civil servants of the An Bien Commune Public Administration Service Center were present in full, carrying out their assigned tasks. Many people do not have level 2 electronic identification accounts, causing difficulties in submitting documents online through the National Public Service Portal. "To support people, we temporarily assigned 2 officers to guide people to submit documents on the public service portal, however, this solution is only temporary. I hope that the relevant agencies will soon clarify the internal processing process for each administrative procedure and provide professional training for new officers to better serve people," Mr. Tien shared.
