Mr. Dang Van Chinh, Vice Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee, assigned the Vinh Long Provincial Project Management Board for Civil and Industrial Construction Investment (PPIM) to coordinate with relevant units and the winning consulting unit to complete the plan according to the comments of the Competition Council to implement the next steps. At the same time, speed up the progress of investment preparation and implementation of construction investment projects according to current regulations.

According to the design council, the two second prize winning ideas demonstrate the overall planning of the phases with appropriate connections to the approved urban master plan. The organization of the basic traffic connection route is reasonable for the present (construction of the museum exhibition area) and future development (exhibition areas, events, experiences, etc.).
