Phuong Thanh studied at a university in Vietnam before being accepted into Kajaani University of Applied Sciences (Finland). At that time, she didn't have any grand plans; she simply wanted to see a different world, live a different life, and discover who she was. The decision to pack her bags and go to a foreign country opened up a fulfilling experience for this young woman, one she is still grateful for. Her time studying abroad helped her learn to live independently without feeling lonely, and to listen to the true values within herself.
Beyond her skills and knowledge, she possesses a broader worldview . Thanh believes that kindness and respect are just as valuable as achievements and fame. Therefore, what Thanh is most proud of is not her brilliant career, but her unwavering commitment to becoming a kinder, better version of herself, rather than simply chasing the conventional standards of success held by the majority. Thanh works diligently, holding various positions in diverse environments. She doesn't put excessive pressure on herself, but always strives to do her best in each role. Her early days back home were challenging, from the work culture to the pace of life, but Thanh didn't give up. She understands that each place has its own "soil" for planting seeds. And in her homeland, the seeds Thanh wants to sow are sincerity and peace in her way of life and work.
