Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee provides in-depth professional training for staff working in inspection and supervision.

During the 5-day period from September 6 to September 10, 2025, Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee coordinated with the Central Inspection Committee to organize a training course on professional inspection and supervision work in 2025 in Phu Tho province.

The Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee after merging and consolidating two-level administrative units includes 148 commune and ward party committees and 04 party committees (Public Security, Military , Provincial People's Committee, Provincial Party agencies). In recent times, with the attention of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the work of building and perfecting the organization and apparatus, cadres in the whole province in general and for the Party inspection sector in particular has always been interested, focused, ensuring quantity, gradually improving quality. The training course on professional inspection and supervision work was organized to promptly help cadres and civil servants of the Party inspection sector of the province (especially at the grassroots level and new cadres) grasp professional knowledge, regulations, procedures on inspection, supervision, and enforcement of Party discipline; update new knowledge, directions, strategies for inspection and supervision work, adapt to the requirements of innovation in inspection and supervision work in the context of digital transformation and current administrative reform, in accordance with the guiding viewpoints of the Party. Comrade Ha Quoc Tri, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, spoke at the opening ceremony of the Professional Training Course.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the training course, Comrade Ha Quoc Tri, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee , stated: This training course is organized to update and improve the knowledge of the staff of the Inspection sector of Phu Tho province to meet the new requirements and tasks after the organization and apparatus of the Party's inspection sector have been arranged and organized according to administrative units, in accordance with the 2-level local government model. Comrade Ha Quoc Tri asked the trainees to be proactive, uphold their sense of responsibility, focus on carefully studying the topics, actively exchange, discuss, share views, and unify their understanding of new regulations and requirements of inspection and supervision tasks in the new situation.

The training course was attended by 778 comrades who are members of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; cadres, civil servants, and inspectors of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; chairmen, vice chairmen, and members of the inspection commissions of 152 Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee.

According to the Training and Development Program, trainees will study 09 topics according to Plan No. 255-KH/UBKTTW, dated August 11, 2025 of the Central Inspection Commission on organizing in-depth professional training on inspection and supervision work in 2025. Lecturers are department-level leaders of Department II, department- level leaders of the Office of the Central Inspection Commission, with in-depth knowledge, a lot of practical experience in the work , directly conveying the topics, flexibly combining theory and practice, teaching methods suitable to practical requirements, increasing interaction with trainees. The training class has received a lot of attention, support and active assistance from the Department of Research and Professional Training , Central Inspection Commission .

During the study and research period, the trainees focused on listening to lectures, actively exchanging, analyzing, and discussing many practical situations arising during the process of inspection and supervision work. After the course, especially for new cadres participating in the Party's inspection sector, their awareness of inspection, supervision, and discipline enforcement work in the Party was raised; they were equipped with basic knowledge and specialized professional skills on inspection, supervision, and discipline enforcement work in the Party and were consolidated and supplemented with new knowledge to better advise, helping Party committees and inspection committees at the same level continue to innovate inspection and supervision work under the direction of General Secretary To Lam ; linking inspection and supervision work with power control; building a monitoring mechanism, especially effective regular monitoring work, capable of early warning and preventing violations right from the grassroots level; Advise on the effective implementation of inspection and supervision work on hot issues of public concern, contributing to maintaining strict Party discipline, building a clean and strong Party, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new era.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, comrade Nghiem Phu Cuong praised and highly appreciated the proactiveness, creativity and promptness of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, which had advised the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to issue directive documents early, and coordinated with the departments of the Central Inspection Committee to successfully organize the training course. He assessed that this was the fastest and earliest organized specialized training course, and was also the first class in the country with a long study time and the largest number of students, but the results were very high and very remarkable.

Comrade Nghiem Phu Cuong suggested that after the course, the students should spend time researching, along with the knowledge acquired through the class, to advise the Party Committees and Inspection Committees at the same level to continue to innovate inspection and supervision work according to the direction of Comrade General Secretary To Lam; to link inspection and supervision work with power control; to build an effective supervision mechanism, capable of early warning and preventing violations right from the grassroots, not allowing small violations to accumulate into serious violations. To effectively carry out inspection and supervision work on hot issues of public concern, contributing to maintaining strict Party discipline, building a clean and strong Party, meeting the requirements of leading the country in the new era.

According to the training program, comrade Nghiem Phu Cuong, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee, spent a lot of time directly discussing and answering nearly 50 questions from the students in the class with situations and content raised from the reality at the grassroots level.

Comrade Dang Xuan Phong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, gave a speech at the closing ceremony of the professional training course.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, comrade Dang Xuan Phong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee thanked the leaders of the Central Inspection Committee, Department of Localities II - Central Inspection Committee for their attention and support for the reporters to convey knowledge and expertise to the inspection officers of the Provincial Party Committee. At the same time, he acknowledged the sense of responsibility, serious learning attitude, attentive listening, and focused research of the trainees. The Provincial Party Secretary requested the entire Party inspection sector of the province to focus on comprehensive innovation from leadership thinking to action to develop, promote supervision work to warn and prevent violations early and from afar, identifying this as a key task in the work of Party committees and inspection committees at all levels.
