As a Party Committee member, Head of the Village Front Committee, and a respected figure among the ethnic minority community, Mr. Ly Di Sau is always acutely aware of his role in connecting the Party's will with the people's aspirations. Mr. Sau actively propagates and mobilizes the people to comply with the Party and State's policies and laws; at the same time, he inspires a spirit of competitive labor and production, economic development, and joint efforts in building a new rural area. Mr. Sau's spirit of "actions speak louder than words" is always evident; he proactively takes the lead in everything he does, setting an example for the people to trust and follow.
Not only was Mr. Sau dedicated to mobilizing the community, but he was also a bold innovator in production thinking, seeking suitable directions to increase people's income. Previously, the villagers mainly grew corn with low yields and poor economic efficiency, leading to many difficulties in their lives. Recognizing the potential of the land and market demand, Mr. Sau pioneered the conversion to growing chili peppers and directly implemented the model at his family's farm for others to learn from.
His family cultivates about 2 sao (approximately 2,000 square meters) of chili peppers, yielding over 300 kg per harvest, totaling around 600 kg per year. The selling price ranges from 30,000 to 40,000 VND per kg, providing an income 3-4 times higher than their previous rice or corn farming. Thanks to this clear success, many households in the village have boldly followed suit, gradually increasing their income, improving their living standards, and contributing to the positive and sustainable transformation of the local agricultural economic structure.
In particular, Mr. Sau played a pivotal role in mobilizing people to donate land for the expansion of rural roads. The inter-communal road, which runs through the village, is over 2km long and directly affects more than 10 households. In the context of "every inch of land is worth its weight in gold," mobilizing people to donate land faced considerable difficulties because many households were still hesitant and worried about their rights and livelihoods after being affected.

Faced with this situation, Mr. Sau, along with the Party branch and other mass organizations, persistently propagated and explained to the people the meaning and long-term benefits of expanding the road. He personally visited each household to listen to their thoughts and aspirations, answer questions, and resolve specific problems. Through his personal prestige and sincerity, Mr. Sau gradually gained the people's consensus. As a result, all households voluntarily donated land, moved fences, and cut down trees to facilitate construction, contributing to the project's timely completion. The completed road is spacious and well-maintained, not only facilitating travel but also opening up many opportunities for economic development and trade for the villagers.
According to local leaders, the team of influential figures among ethnic minority communities, including Mr. Ly Di Sau, is a core force in disseminating information and mobilizing the people to implement policies and guidelines, especially in infrastructure development and new rural construction programs. They have made a significant contribution to creating social consensus, strengthening unity, and promoting sustainable development in the locality.
With a high sense of responsibility, dedication, and prestige within the community, Mr. Ly Di Sau has made many practical contributions to the comprehensive development of Tan Son village. Not only has he contributed to maintaining security and order and promoting socio-economic development, but Mr. Sau is also a shining example of solidarity and responsibility towards the community. His concrete and persistent actions have helped to change the face of his hometown, building a more prosperous and civilized locality.
