Over the past period, Quang Ngai City has implemented the "Vietnamese People Prioritize Using Vietnamese Goods" campaign, linked with the "All People Unite to Build New Rural Areas and Civilized Urban Areas" campaign and other patriotic emulation movements. The Fatherland Front and mass organizations at all levels in the city have intensified propaganda efforts to inform officials, members, and the public about the purpose and significance of the campaign; while also encouraging the use of Vietnamese goods and promoting and introducing local specialties to consumers.

Businesses and production facilities in Quang Ngai City have continuously improved product quality, changed designs, lowered costs, and implemented after-sales service... in order to attract customers. Traditional products such as Tra River goby fish, mirror candy, rock sugar, and lung sugar... are increasingly establishing their brands and dominating the market.
According to Truong Thanh Binh , Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ngai City , Vietnamese goods are increasingly occupying a large share in markets and grocery stores in the city. Consumers are gradually forming the habit of buying and using high-quality, reasonably priced domestically and provincially produced goods...
Numerous product promotion activities
Implementing the Program for the Development of Consumer Rights Protection Activities, giai đoạn 2021 - 2025 in the province, the Department of Industry and Trade has coordinated with agencies, units, and localities to promote the dissemination of information on the rights and obligations of consumers according to the Law on Consumer Rights Protection... The Provincial Market Management Department and other functional forces have strengthened market inspection and control, combating smuggling, commercial fraud, production and trading of counterfeit goods, substandard goods, and goods of unknown origin... Through this, the units have detected and strictly handled many violations of the law on production and trading of goods.
To contribute to changing the awareness and habits of people and businesses, the Provincial Steering Committee for the "Vietnamese People Prioritize Using Vietnamese Goods" campaign has coordinated the implementation of many programs such as "Bringing Vietnamese Goods to Rural Areas," "Vietnamese Goods Fairs," etc. At the same time, it has expanded Vietnamese goods sales points under the name "Proud of Vietnamese Goods" in localities; and established points for introducing and selling products under the "One Commune One Product" (OCOP) program...
