Nguyen Thanh Thuy becomes Champion of "Talent Rendezvous 2025"

(Dan Tri) - As expected by experts and audiences, contestant Nguyen Thanh Thuy excellently won the First Prize of "Talent Rendezvous".

On the evening of June 29, the final and award ceremony of the Talent Rendezvous 2025 program took place at the outdoor stage of Vietnam Television.

Broadcast live on VTV3 with the theme “Shining”, the competition night concluded a journey of more than 4 months searching for and honoring outstanding young voices, rich in personality, creativity and emotion of the Vietnamese music industry.

After hundreds of applications and rounds of competition, Talent Rendezvous 2025 has selected 4 faces to enter the final night: Nguyen Thanh Thuy, Nguyen Hoang Minh Khoi, Nguyen Hoang Bao Ngoc and Vo Hoai Anh.

Each contestant brings their own musical color, demonstrating their stage presence through two competitions: Solo and duet with a guest artist.

Nguyen Thanh Thuy moved the audience with "Dau mua" (composed by Pham Toan Thang). The performance not only affirmed his warm, rich voice but also impressed when Thuy accompanied himself on the piano.

With her powerful voice and delicate performance, Thanh Thuy has touched the hearts of viewers with her simplicity, sincerity and artistic quality.

Judge Truc Nhan compared Thuy to someone who is "opening another gate" to bring the audience into his own musical world , calling him a "true artist with a strong musical mindset".

Ho Ngoc Ha commented: “You have all the elements needed on stage.” Musician Huy Tuan even humorously said that Thuy made the judges “bored” because there was nothing left to comment on.

No less outstanding, Nguyen Hoang Minh Khoi opened with the hit De em roi xa (Phuc Bo). His stable performance, smart handling of the song and ability to connect with the audience helped Minh Khoi score points in the eyes of the professional panel. "Not only is he a "ballad prince", Minh Khoi is a multi-faceted artist. He has talent, entertainment and a very attractive youthfulness," commented Ho Ngoc Ha.

Meanwhile, musician Huy Tuan assessed Minh Khoi as a promising young singer, with stable performance and smart song selection in the final night.

Vo Hoai Anh brings fresh energy with Burning Planet (DTAP). Her attractive appearance, unique voice and outstanding performance style help her receive a lot of sympathy.

Truc Nhan advised Hoai Anh to boldly step into the professional music market, even though the competition night was not really convincing enough to break through and win the highest position.

Ho Ngoc Ha remains steadfast in considering Hoai Anh her “type”, believing that with her attractive appearance, unique voice and outstanding performance skills, she is a promising young singer.

"I call you 'Princess of Entertainment' and think that title is completely deserved," Ho Ngoc Ha said.

Meanwhile, Nguyen Hoang Bao Ngoc made the stage "shake" with the song Choi voi (Phuong Uyen - Thieu Bao Trang). Truc Nhan did not hesitate to give her the first 10 points of the competition night and called her "the colorful butterfly of the final".

Ho Ngoc Ha commented: “Successfully conquering such a difficult song is not easy”. Musician Huy Tuan highly appreciated Bao Ngoc’s perseverance and clear progress: “Two weeks ago, you were still the contestant that made us wonder. But today, you have proven that keeping you was the absolutely right decision”.

Emotional duet

The performance combined with the guest artist pushed the emotions of the competition night to a climax.

Thanh Thuy sang a duet with Dinh Manh Ninh with the sweet love song First Love Season ; Minh Khoi and Khanh Linh brought a magical atmosphere with the hit Falling ; Hoai Anh combined with Hoang Ton with Do You Still Remember Me ; and Bao Ngoc and Nhat Thuy were brilliant with Sisters on TV .

Since its launch in February 2025, Talent Rendezvous has undergone a selection round, recorded from February to April, before officially airing from May on VTV3 with 4 recorded episodes and 4 live shows (June 8, June 15, June 22 and June 29). The program quickly created a strong effect on social networks, attracting millions of followers each week.

Unlike many purely entertaining music competitions, Talent Rendezvous highlights professionalism, the opportunity to perform with famous artists, and in-depth comments from judges - those who truly accompany the contestants.

According to information from the Organizing Committee, from the end of July 2025, the Top 12 contestants of the first season will continue to accompany the new reality TV project Music Journey - a creative space, connecting and spreading youthful musical inspiration to the community.

Immediately after the impressive performances, 6 official awards were announced, recognizing the contestants' efforts and brilliance.
