Mr. Bay said that the main task of Ho Guom Theater is to organize cultural and artistic programs to carry out the political tasks of the Ministry of Public Security .
However, the theater is a revenue-generating business unit, so it also needs to organize ticketed art programs like Musicals. Seasons which this theater organizes and co-produces with IB Group Vietnam.
The aim is to bring international quality concerts and operas to Vietnamese audiences right at the theater, at low ticket prices.

Does Vietnam have a market for classical music ?
Sharing with Tuoi Tre about the reason for being confident in bringing symphonic and classical music, with international artists to perform and sell tickets in Hanoi, Mr. Nguyen Thuy Duong - production director of the Musical Seasons 2024 - 2025 program - said he has seen signs of a classical music market in Vietnam recently.
These are regular concerts of the Vietnam Symphony Orchestra, concerts bringing international artists to Vietnam by some brands, in addition to foreign tickets, the number of tickets sold is sought after by music lovers.
Musicals of the Vietnam National Opera and Ballet also sell out many nights.
"There are many people who love listening to classical music in Vietnam, it's just that we lack good programs and performances by great artists. Of course, investing in classical music products is very risky, but we are eager and determined to bring the world's top music to Vietnam and we believe the audience will support us," said Mr. Duong.
