
On July 18th, Khang Dien will finalize the list of shareholders to pay dividends for 2024 at a rate of 10% in shares, meaning shareholders owning 100 shares will receive an additional 10 new shares.
With 1,011.14 million shares outstanding, Khang Dien is estimated to issue an additional 101.1 million shares to pay dividends for 2024.
In terms of business performance, in the first quarter of 2025, the company recorded consolidated net revenue of VND 709.9 billion, an increase of 112.6% compared to the same period last year. After-tax profit reached VND 118.67 billion, an increase of 85.5%. With these results, the company has completed approximately 11.9% of its annual profit target.
According to its 2025 business plan, Khang Dien aims for net revenue of VND 3,800 billion, an increase of nearly 16% compared to the previous year. Expected after-tax profit is VND 1,000 billion, a 23.5% increase. The company also maintains its dividend policy of 10% this year, continuing to distribute dividends in shares instead of cash.
Total assets as of the end of Q1 2025 reached approximately VND 30,200 billion. Of this, inventory accounted for nearly VND 22,400 billion, mainly consisting of work-in-progress construction costs and land for development. Liabilities totaled VND 10,634 billion, a slight decrease of 6% compared to the end of 2024. Long-term debt accounted for the majority of total debt, indicating that the company maintained a stable financial structure.
Notably, in 2025, Khang Dien announced it will complete construction and launch sales for two projects, one spanning 6 hectares (commercial name Emeria) and the other 5.8 hectares (commercial name Clarita), in Binh Trung Dong ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, once all necessary conditions are met. The market is awaiting the company's launch of these two projects in collaboration with Keppel Group.
Two housing projects, spanning 6 hectares and 5.8 hectares, in Binh Trung Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, in collaboration with Keppel Group (Singapore), will be Khang Dien's main product supply for 2025. These two projects include over 200 townhouses and villas, and approximately 600 apartments. Khang Dien plans to complete all necessary procedures to be eligible for sales in 2025.
