Ecopark founder supports people affected by natural disasters with 15 billion VND

(Chinhphu.vn) - Towards the areas severely affected by natural disasters caused by storms and floods, the founder of Ecopark donated 15 billion VND, joining hands with the community to help people quickly overcome the damage caused by storms No. 10 (Bualoi) and No. 11 (Matmo).

On the afternoon of October 9, at the headquarters of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the founder of Ecopark (through DB Investment and Development Company Limited) donated 15 billion VND to people affected by natural disasters, of which 5 billion VND will be transferred to people in Nghe An province, 5 billion VND will be transferred to people in Bac Ninh province. The remaining amount will be transferred to many other localities affected by natural disasters.

The representative of Ecopark's founder said he wanted to share the difficulties by mobilizing all resources to quickly help rescue people in places that are suffering severe consequences of natural disasters and floods.

"We believe that with the urgent measures implemented by the Party, State and Government; the spirit of solidarity and sharing of the community and the strong will and resilience of the people, the people in the provinces affected by the storm will quickly overcome the consequences and soon stabilize their lives. With the responsibility and spirit of an enterprise, we are committed to accompanying the community in the cause of economic development and social security," said the representative of the founder of Ecopark.

At the meeting, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Ha Thi Nga thanked the founder of Ecopark for his companionship and support to the social community, especially during natural disasters and floods; committed to distributing this donation to people suffering severe consequences of floods and storms as soon as possible.

Previously, on July 25, at the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, the representative of Ecopark's founder also donated 1 billion VND to support Nghe An people who suffered damage caused by storm No. 3 (storm Wipha) and the circulation after the storm.

In 2024, the founder of Ecopark donated 20 billion VND to help the people of the North overcome the severe consequences of super typhoon Yagi and subsequent storms and floods, through the Vietnam Fatherland Front. This support includes the provision of relief goods and other practical support programs, demonstrating the solidarity and social responsibility of the Ecopark community.
