On the way, he took us to visit the traffic works in Na Hy 2 village (Na Hy commune); the cultural house in May Hoc village (Phin Ho commune); the cultural houses in Nam Nga 2 and Nam Chua 5 villages (Nam Chua commune)... Mr. Hang Nhe Ly, Vice Chairman of Nam Po District People's Committee, boasted about the movement of "people joining hands and donating land to build new rural construction works" which has been receiving enthusiastic support from people of all ethnic groups.
Mr. Hang Nhe Ly said: Identifying propaganda as the "key" step for people to clearly understand the importance, meaning, and methods of building new rural areas, Nam Po district has directed specialized departments and offices along with members of 121 grassroots mass mobilization groups to participate in propaganda, clearly analyzing the role of the people in building new rural areas.
In particular, for projects without funds for site clearance or limited investment capital, the District People's Committee has assigned cadres and party members to the area to both propagate and mobilize, and listen to the people's thoughts, aspirations and opinions to provide satisfactory answers. As a result, people have voluntarily donated land, crops, architectural objects, and labor days to build new rural infrastructure and traffic works.

Talking to us, Mr. Thung Van Hom and Mr. Sung A Cua happily said: For farmers, "every inch of land is gold", land is the livelihood to support the family, but compared to the benefits from the traffic works and cultural houses serving the local people, my family's contribution is also very meaningful. I am very proud to have contributed a small part to building my homeland to change more and more.
