Job description:

• Research market needs and select potential customers.
• Develop a wide network of business relationships.
• Develop a plan to approach and understand customer needs regarding personal/organizational capacity building.
• Communicate, explore, and reach an agreement with the client regarding Dale Carnegie's solution.
• Propose the optimal solution for the customer.
• Develop a personalized plan and support, following up with clients tailored to their individual needs.
• Collaborate with relevant departments within the company in organizing training courses for customers.
• Participate in Dale Carnegie's courses on improving workplace skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
