Recently, the police agency in Ho Chi Minh City issued a warning about a seemingly "old" scam that has reappeared and is more sophisticated. That is, some people receive mail from the shipper, when opened, there is a winning scratch card inside. On the scratch card, when scratched, there is a prize, to receive the prize, you must access the link on the QR code and provide personal information to complete the procedure to receive the prize. This is a new and very dangerous form of fraud to appropriate property. To avoid having personal information leaked and the risk of being scammed and appropriated, the police agency recommends that people be vigilant, do not access the link on the QR code and promptly report to the nearest police agency when receiving such mail. People do not accept strange mail that they did not order, do not receive mail for others.
