The western and northwestern areas of Ho Chi Minh City, bordering Long An province, are becoming increasingly congested. In the coming period, Ho Chi Minh City will invest heavily in a series of transportation projects to improve regional connectivity with this locality.

Recognizing that transportation infrastructure is a driving force for development, and that "good roads lead to good transportation," Ho Chi Minh City and Long An have consistently allocated resources to implement numerous key projects aimed at creating a smooth, complete, and strategically interconnected inter-regional and inter-provincial transportation system.

First is the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project: The entire Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 is planned to be over 200 km long, passing through 5 provinces and cities including Ba Ria - Vung Tau (18.7 km), Dong Nai (45.6 km), Binh Duong (47.45 km), Ho Chi Minh City (17.3 km) and Long An (78.3 km).

National Highway 50B Project: Approved by the Prime Minister , National Highway 50B is nearly 55 km long (over 35 km through Long An, over 14 km through Tien Giang, and 5.8 km through Ho Chi Minh City). This is a new construction project with a total estimated investment of nearly 20,000 billion VND, featuring 6 lanes and a width of 40 m. Upon completion, this section of the entire National Highway 50B will create a transportation connection axis with Ring Road 3, Ring Road 4, etc., contributing to enhanced connectivity to international gateways by sea (Hiep Phuoc Port, Thi Vai - Cai Mep deep-water port, Long An port) and Long Thanh International Airport.

The Nguyen Van Bua road expansion project, from the Giong intersection to the Provincial Road 9 bridge, has a total investment of over 2.421 billion VND, using funds from the Ho Chi Minh City budget.

According to the plan, Nguyen Van Bua road will be widened to 32-40 meters, and new bridges will be built, including the Large Bridge and Provincial Road 9 Bridge, each 58 meters long and 17.5 meters wide. Simultaneously, the existing Provincial Road 9 Bridge will be expanded. The project is expected to be implemented in the period 2025-2028.

The infrastructure boom not only boosts the real estate market but also provides leverage for sustainable economic growth. Roads become a powerful driving force, promoting the expansion of urban development space, especially in areas directly connected to these vital transportation routes.

Located at the northwestern gateway to Ho Chi Minh City, Phuc An City urban area is situated on Provincial Road 824, a vital route connecting Long An and Ho Chi Minh City, just about 30 minutes from the city center. Developed by Tran Anh Group, the project is becoming a highlight on the real estate map of northwestern Ho Chi Minh City. With its prime location, convenient connectivity, and comprehensive amenities, the project not only offers sustainable investment value but also creates a modern, multi-functional living space for residents.

As a model urban area with a well-planned layout, Phuc An City not only provides townhouses, villas, and shophouses but also strongly develops its commercial and service system, creating a great attraction for investors. In the context of Northwest Ho Chi Minh City becoming a real estate hotspot, the value of properties in Phuc An City is predicted to increase significantly in the future.

With a focus on green urban development, the project dedicates a large portion of its area to parks, ecological lakes, and green landscapes, creating a healthy and relaxing living environment. In addition, a diverse range of internal amenities such as schools, hospitals, shopping centers, sports facilities, and entertainment areas fully meet the living needs of residents.

Reportedly, the developer is currently offering the final batch of 75 units with many attractive incentives and policies for customers. Accordingly, customers only need to pay 30% to receive the property and start living and doing business immediately, with deferred payments of only 1% per month without interest, and a payment period of up to 45 months.

Strategically located at the northwestern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City, with comprehensive planning and strong development potential, Phuc An City is the perfect choice for investment and long-term residence.
