Eden Apartment violates fire prevention regulations but residents still stay here
Although the Eden apartment building has been suspended since July 2023, there are still about 100 households living here, ignoring warnings and notices from authorities.
A resident living in Eden apartment building said that he bought the apartment in 2020 and started moving in at the beginning of 2023, even though he knew that the project had not completed the fire prevention and fighting items and had not yet received ownership and handover from the investor. Why did they still move in when the apartment building did not have a very dangerous fire prevention and fighting system? An Eden resident said: "Where do we go now?"
Residents still stay normally in the Nguyen Van Tiet high-rise apartment, commercial and service complex.
Also in Thuan An City, the Nguyen Van Tiet high-rise apartment, commercial and service complex (Lai Thieu Ward) was also temporarily suspended from December 4, 2023 to January 3, 2024 due to unsatisfactory fire safety inspection results. However, Thanh Nien reporters observed on December 30 that hundreds of residents were still entering and staying in this apartment complex.
Local authorities warn that the transfer conditions are not met.
In addition, located near the Nguyen Van Tiet high-rise apartment, commercial and service area, the Thuan An high-rise apartment project was also warned by the People's Committee of Lai Thieu Ward that it is not eligible for transfer or capital mobilization in any form.

Also in Thuan An City, the Binh Duong Department of Health has decided to suspend the operation of Dai Lo Binh Duong General Clinic (54 Dai Lo Binh Duong, Lai Thieu Ward) from December 31, 2023. Dai Lo Binh Duong General Clinic was suspended due to not meeting the conditions for medical examination and treatment as a general clinic according to regulations.

Previously, Medic Binh Duong General Hospital (14A Nguyen An Ninh Street, Phu Cuong Ward, Thu Dau Mot City) was also temporarily suspended due to not meeting fire prevention and fighting regulations, but was later allowed to resume operations under the local government's policy of removing difficulties for businesses.
