Notably: Proactively research, grasp, evaluate, and accurately forecast the situation, promptly report and advise the Party Committee, the Border Guard Command, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Committee on policies, countermeasures, and solutions to organize management and firmly protect territorial sovereignty and border security, ensuring the right principles, policies, and countermeasures, avoiding passivity and surprise.
In addition, direct the strengthening of patrols, control, and prevention of illegal entry and exit; protect the status quo of the border system and national border markers. Implement plans and solutions to combat all types of crimes (drugs, smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, illegal entry and exit) with many high results. Effectively implement border diplomacy, mobilize the masses; perform well the tasks of training, combat readiness, border protection, training new soldiers, etc.

The conference focused on discussing and approving four important contents, including: Report on the work results of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee; results of inspection and supervision work; report on the financial work results of the first quarter; draft resolution on leading key tasks of the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee in the second quarter.

At the same time, he requested that the unit focus on leading the implementation of a number of contents, such as: Doing well the work of Party building, building forces; strictly implementing the working regulations, principles of organization and operation of the Party. Actively preventing and combating corruption, negativity, waste, and group interests, especially in financial management, procurement, management and use of public assets. Proactively preparing the content and necessary conditions to well organize the Party Congresses at all levels in the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, ensuring unity, synchronization, and correct purposes and requirements. Seriously implementing the arrangement of the Border Guard organization according to the policies and instructions of the Central Committee and the Central Military Commission; Do a good job of ideological work, promptly and appropriately resolve policies and regimes, create high unity among cadres, employees and soldiers, be ready to receive and strictly comply with the organization's assignments and mobilizations.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested the unit to continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement directives and resolutions at all levels on military, national defense and border work. Lead, direct, grasp and accurately forecast the situation, promptly report and advise the Party Committee, the Border Guard Command, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to promptly handle situations that arise, absolutely not to be passive or surprised. Lead, direct the management and strict protection of borders and border gates; strengthen the fight against all types of crimes, smuggling, illegal entry and exit; do a good job of border diplomacy; continue to advise all levels to negotiate and resolve the remaining border sections that have not been demarcated and marked. Leaders maintain and strictly implement the combat readiness regime; participate in natural disaster prevention and control, search and rescue; strengthen coordination and information exchange with forces (police, military , customs, etc.) to effectively serve the fight against crime. Continue to coordinate with localities to do a good job of propaganda and mobilization of people to effectively implement the model and program of Border Guards participating in socio-economic development and stabilizing people's lives.
