On the morning of July 24, at the Lao Cai City Convention Center, delegates of the Provincial People's Council and delegates of the Lao Cai City People's Council held a meeting with voters after the regular mid-year session of the 2024 Provincial People's Council and Lao Cai City People's Council, term 2021 - 2026 with voters of Coc Leu, Duyen Hai, Kim Tan, Bac Cuong wards, Lao Cai and Van Hoa, Dong Tuyen, Coc San communes.
