Car traces are continuously slashed by thieves, people are extremely confused

Mr. NG (a resident of the apartment complex) said that on the evening of February 25, Mr. NG discovered that his car (parked in the residential area's internal road) had been slashed by a thief. At the scene, the paint was still scratched, and the slashes extended along both sides of the door and the side of the car.

Similarly, Ms. LT’s car (parked next to Mr. NG’s car) was also scratched on the same day (February 25), creating many long scratches. Ms. T. had to pay about 6 million VND to fix the scratches.

"Since the beginning of the year, my car has been broken into three times. It was broken into before Tet and I can't remember how many times. Each time I had to spend about 4 million VND to repair it," Mr. NG said indignantly.

Many residents said that about 10 other cars were also repeatedly vandalized in a similar manner. In particular, the cars of Mr. NG, Mr. H., Mr. HT, Mr. DT, and Mr. XN were vandalized at least twice.

"The scratches on many cars show many similarities, possibly caused by the same sharp object. The incident has been happening continuously for a long time, making us residents extremely confused and we have reported it many times to the Ward 11 Police," said a resident living in this apartment building.
