Cars are constantly being vandalized by thieves, causing great alarm among residents.

Mr. NG (a resident of the apartment complex) stated that on the evening of February 25th, he discovered that his car (parked on the internal road of the residential area) had been vandalized. At the scene, the paint scratches were still fresh, with the cuts extending along both doors and the side of the car.

Similarly, Ms. LT's car (parked next to Mr. NG's car) was also vandalized on the same day (February 25th), resulting in numerous long scratches. Ms. T. had to pay approximately 6 million VND to repair the damage.

"Since the beginning of the year, my car has been vandalized three times. It was vandalized before Tet (Lunar New Year) too, and I can't even remember how many times. Each time, I have to spend about 4 million VND on repairs," Mr. NG said angrily.

Many residents reported that about 10 other cars were also repeatedly vandalized in a similar manner. In particular, the cars belonging to Mr. NG, Mr. H., Mr. HT, Mr. DT, and Mr. XN were slashed at least twice by the vandals.

"The scratches on many cars show many similarities, possibly caused by the same sharp object. This has been happening repeatedly for a long time, causing great concern among our residents, and we have reported it to the Police Station in Ward 11 many times," said a resident of the apartment building.
