On July 17, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center - SECC, Ho Chi Minh City, the 17th International Exhibition on Electrical Technology and Equipment - Vietnam ETE and Energy Saving and Green Energy Products - Enertec Expo 2024 officially opened.
This year's exhibition series attracted more than 300 leading domestic and international brands from many countries to participate in the exhibition with a scale of nearly 500 booths. Among them, Chinese businesses dominated.
According to business people, the green transition process taking place strongly in Vietnam has attracted suppliers of green equipment and solutions to the exhibition.
This is also a trend that participating units focus on introducing, such as in the electricity industry there are representatives of Song Nhat - ABB, Gelex , LS Vina, Cadisun, Vina Electric, MBT, BTB Electric, EEMC... Or in the energy sector there are CHINT Vietnam, Song Da Energy, Solar Z, XB Solar, Icharge, Solar E...
Despite the difficult economic context, the exhibition still attracted a large number of international business delegations, affirming that this is the largest and most prestigious specialized destination in the fields of electricity, green energy, and renewable energy in Ho Chi Minh City in recent years.
Up to now, Vietnam ETE and Enertec Expo 2024 have been held annually 16 times.
Here, domestic and foreign business communities are facilitated to successfully implement the national energy strategy and environmental protection, while promoting the development of Vietnam's economy in general.
This year, within the framework of the exhibition series, there are many notable activities such as the program "Connecting B2B trade between Vietnamese enterprises and enterprises of countries participating in the exhibition"; specialized seminars with the theme "Needs and opportunities for developing the electrical equipment industry in Ho Chi Minh City"...
Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngoc - Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Ho Chi Minh City - assessed that the convergence of a series of brands in the electricity and energy industry from many countries with advanced science and technology will contribute to promoting the sustainable development of industries as well as the business community in the coming time.
According to Mr. Le Hoang Tai - Deputy Director of the Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade), new technologies and products introduced at the exhibition will support businesses in successfully implementing the national energy strategy and protecting the environment.
Vietnam ETE and Enertec Expo 2024 are open to visitors from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. from now until July 19.
