The market is small and narrow

Recently, star Charlie Puth came to Nha Trang to perform, opening the journey around Asia of the global tour "The Charlie Live Experience". Charlie Puth performed in Vietnam before going to Hong Kong (China), Bangkok (Thailand), Jakarta (Indonesia), Singapore, Tokyo (Japan), Seoul (Korea).

The process of inviting Charlie Puth to Vietnam was not easy. This is completely understandable because Charlie Puth is an international A-list star at the moment. With his position, Charlie Puth has the right to make requests to his partners. If those requests are not met, Charlie Puth will have nothing to regret as his global tour has filled the audience. Adding or removing a performance location will not make much difference, especially when it is the Vietnamese market - a relatively small performance market compared to many other places in the region.

4 years new nod

When inviting music legend Kitaro (Japan) to Vietnam to perform in the live show "The Glorious Horizon - The Glorious Horizon", singer Ha Anh Tuan also shared that "it was a long journey with many thrilling stories". To get the nod from this legend in the 2023 live show, Ha Anh Tuan sent the invitation since 2019.

Singer Ha Anh Tuan revealed that to invite Kitaro, he had to "use a trick". Specifically, he invited Kitaro to be the ambassador of Vietnam Forest before inviting him to perform. "Kitaro especially loves Vietnam's nature. He agreed to participate in promoting some activities of Vietnam Forest. He also said: I love Vietnam very much, love nature, and Vietnamese people. If possible, please arrange for me to come back to teach music to Vietnamese children in the future" - Ha Anh Tuan said.

Indeed, the appearance of Charlie Puth or Kitaro on the Vietnamese stage has contributed to creating a position for Vietnamese music (in terms of organization) on the world music map.
