On the 27th day of the 12th lunar month, the spring flower market area was crowded with buyers and sellers, who were also busy tending to their fresh flower pots. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Chien, the owner of a garden specializing in growing chrysanthemums, kumquats, and apricots in Binh Kien commune (Tuy Hoa city) shared: Unlike previous years when many traders from the South and the North came to Phu Yen to buy flowers, this year the gardeners mainly focused on local customers.
