Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Expressway is 100.8 km long, starting at Vinh Hao commune (Tuy Phong district, Binh Thuan province) connecting with Cam Lam - Vinh Hao Expressway and ending at My Thanh road in Ham Kiem commune, Ham Thuan Nam district, connecting with Phan Thiet - Dau Giay Expressway. Phase 1 of the project is designed with 4 lanes, no continuous emergency lane. The roadbed width is 17m, the design speed is 80km/h. In the completed phase, it will be invested into 6 lanes, the roadbed width is 32.25m, the design speed is 120km/h.
