The 24-year-old striker has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge, following the arrivals of Liam Delap and Joao Pedro.

Aston Villa and Newcastle have both expressed interest in Nicolas Jackson, but Bayern Munich are currently leading the race.

The Bavarian giants have agreed personal terms with Nicolas Jackson, ahead of making a bid.

If Bayern and Chelsea agree on a fee (between £55m and £65m), the deal will be completed before the summer transfer window closes.

That also paves the way for the Blues to make a late move to sign two attacking targets in Garnacho and Xavi Simons.

Both players ignored many offers from other clubs because they only wanted to join the team at Stamford Bridge.

Alejandro Garnacho is valued at £50m by MU. Meanwhile, RB Leipzig wants to earn £65m from the sale of Xavi Simons.

Besides Nicolas Jackson, another name that is also preparing to leave London is Christopher Nkunku.
