The park, built on an area of approximately 22 hectares, features a system of training fields and sports spaces catering to various sports such as mini-football, pickleball, tennis, basketball, volleyball, badminton, running, and some basic athletics events. According to the design, the sports complex has a total of 58 training fields, with pickleball courts making up the majority. The comprehensive investment in sports facilities is seen as a step towards meeting the growing demand for physical training, while also creating more community spaces in the new urban area.

A notable component of the project is a stadium with a capacity of nearly 3,000 seats, scheduled for completion in August 2026. The facility includes an 11-a-side football pitch, an athletics track, and areas for basic sporting events. Once completed, this facility will be able to host grassroots sports activities, school events, and some local and regional tournaments.
Besides its function as a training area, the park is planned as an open space, serving the needs of residents for walking, relaxing, and outdoor activities. A jogging path approximately 1,900m long, along with a system of trees, walking paths, and resting areas, is arranged to increase the green space within the urban area.
In addition to sports fields, the developer stated that in the future they will continue to complete several more amenities such as swimming pools, gyms, children's playgrounds, and spaces catering to various age groups. The creation of a multi-purpose sports park in the new urban area is expected to contribute to diversifying sports infrastructure, improving the quality of life, both mentally and physically, for residents, and adding a highlight to the landscape and community living space in the locality.

In the context of Ninh Binh's efforts towards modern and sustainable urban development, investing in sports facilities, public spaces, and community infrastructure is considered one of the important factors contributing to completing the urban landscape, meeting socio -economic development needs, and improving the quality of life for its people.
