Comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Head of the Hai Duong Provincial Delegation to the National Assembly, attended the September regular citizen reception session of the Secretary of the Ninh Giang District Party Committee and the Chairman of the District People's Committee.

On the morning of September 30th, attending the regular monthly citizen reception session of Ninh Giang District Party Secretary Pham Van Khanh and District People's Committee Chairman Phan Nhat Thanh, Comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Head of the Hai Duong Provincial National Assembly Delegation, requested the district leaders to focus on resolving citizens' requests definitively in accordance with regulations, avoiding any backlog or prolonged complaints.

Specialized advisory work in each field needs to be emphasized to ensure that citizens' questions are answered and resolved in accordance with regulations.

The Ninh Giang District Citizen Reception Board needs to promptly provide specific answers to citizens regarding the results of resolving their opinions and requests after the regular citizen reception sessions.

Comrade Le Van Hieu noted that, with the spirit of "to win the people's love and trust, whatever benefits the people must be done to the utmost, and whatever harms the people must be avoided to the utmost," local Party committees and authorities in the district need to prioritize the interests of the people, resolutely doing and doing well in accordance with the law whatever benefits citizens...

During the meeting, several citizens from Ninh Giang district raised concerns regarding land issues, land use right certificates, road construction, and other related matters.

Over the past period, delegates from the Hai Duong Provincial National Assembly Delegation have regularly visited localities to meet with citizens, working alongside heads of Party committees and local authorities to promptly and fully receive citizens' opinions at the grassroots level; and to monitor the resolution of citizens' requests by local authorities.

In the first nine months of 2024, during regular citizen reception sessions, the leaders of the Ninh Giang District Party Committee and People's Committee received 120 visits from 95 citizens, including two large groups who were received at the designated location. Hung Long and Tan Phong communes. At the commune level, the leaders of the People's Committees of communes and towns held 201 scheduled and unscheduled meetings with 224 people.

The two district and commune levels in Ninh Giang had to handle a total of 382 petitions; 312 have been resolved, achieving a resolution rate of 81.6%.
