After nearly 5 years, the inter-regional and intra-district transport systems in Ninh Giang have been basically completed, forming a synchronous connection network. Transport goes ahead to pave the way, creating an important driving force for the locality to attract investment, exploit its advantages to the fullest, and promote its internal strength for socio -economic development in the period of 2025 - 2030 and the following years.
In the 2020 - 2025 term, Ninh Giang district has identified the key task of building a synchronous transport system and increasing regional connectivity. To realize this goal, from the beginning of the term, the district has focused on leadership and direction, unified, resolute, and without retreat. Assign specific tasks according to the motto "5 clear" (clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear progress, clear efficiency). Strictly handle cases of evading tasks. Strengthen urging, guiding, inspecting, and supervising the implementation of public investment and site clearance; identify priority key projects, develop a reasonable capital allocation plan to invest in project implementation in accordance with regulations.

In 5 years, Ninh Giang district has invested in upgrading 10 roads with a total investment of over 1,160 billion VND. The 10 roads include: Khuc Thua Du road (Ninh Giang town); district road DH 01 (phase 2); Van Giang commune road (old) through Ba Ke bridge to Van Hoi connecting with road 396; road to Vinh Hoa commune from road DH 01 to national highway 37; road connecting from Khuc Thua Du temple, phase 1; road from the intersection of village 3 (Van Hoi - Hung Long dike) to the intersection of village 1 and the section from Van Hoi commune People's Committee to road 396; district road DH 02 - phase 1; Hong Duc - An Duc inter-commune road; traffic route from Uncle Ho's monument in Hiep Luc commune through the memorial site of President Ho Chi Minh in Hong Du commune to provincial road 396; Hong Phuc - Tan Phong inter-commune road.
Communes in the district have invested in upgrading a number of roads with a total length of about 17.8 km, with a total investment of 51 billion VND. The investment is focused and key, basically overcoming the situation of scattered investment and limiting outstanding debts in basic construction.
Ninh Giang district also coordinated with investors to complete the investment in upgrading, renovating and constructing the axis. National Highway 37 through the district; East-West Axis Road Project through Ninh Giang district; maintenance and major repair of provincial road 396C in the area...
Many projects and traffic works in the district have been completed and put into use, creating a new look for the locality. The works not only create favorable traffic conditions, meet the transportation needs and socio-economic development of the district in particular and Hai Duong province in general, but also form a traffic belt axis connecting existing traffic axes, industrial zones and clusters.
With the change in awareness of the importance of protecting irrigation works, Ninh Giang district has had many good practices, becoming a typical locality in the province in clearing violations of irrigation works.
To facilitate the implementation of the Project to renovate and upgrade the Dai Phu Giang canal and the T6 canal of Hiep Le pumping station, with the strong direction of the Party Committee and the district government, the communes have mobilized people to voluntarily dismantle 147 bridges and 24 stalls in 6 communes: Hung Long, Hong Phuc, Kien Quoc (now Kien Phuc), Hong Phong, Hong Du, Dong Tam (now Ninh Giang town). For 8 households in Hung Long commune that have not yet dismantled 9 violating bridges, in July 2024, the Enforcement Steering Committee of the Ninh Giang District People's Committee organized enforcement in accordance with the provisions of law, creating a "clean" site to implement the project with a total investment of 120 billion VND.
Comprehensive development
Implementing the Resolution of the 25th Ninh Giang District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025, the district Party Committee and government have focused on leadership, direction, deployment, implementation and have achieved important and comprehensive results in all areas. The set targets have been basically completed, many of which have been achieved and exceeded. Specifically, the value of agricultural and fishery production increased by an average of 2%/year . The value of industrial and handicraft production increased by an average of 22.8%/year; construction increased by an average of 25%/year . Average income per capita in 2025 reached 80 million VND. The value of harvested products on 1 hectare of cultivated land and aquaculture reached 180 million VND / ha. There are 5 communes meeting the advanced new rural standards; 2 communes meeting the model new rural standards. Budget revenue in the area increased by an average of 13.9%/year compared to the assigned plan. Reduce 2/3 of poor households according to the new poverty line. Create new jobs for nearly 13,000 workers; the rate of trained workers with certificates reaches 30%. Complete the development of regional planning, linked to urban-rural planning in the whole district; urban development program to 2030...

In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Executive Committee of Ninh Giang district has done well in three breakthrough tasks. That is, focusing on building and implementing regional planning, linked with urban and rural planning in the whole district; building and implementing urban development programs; attracting investment in building infrastructure for industrial clusters, creating breakthroughs in the development of industry, services, trade and tourism. Focusing on building a team of officials at the district and commune levels with political mettle, qualifications, professional capacity, spirit, awareness, high responsibility, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility. Synchronously and resolutely implementing administrative reform, focusing on reforming administrative procedures; strictly implementing discipline, order, raising the sense of responsibility and public ethics of the team of officials and civil servants.

Up to now, implementing the policy of the Central and the province on the arrangement of provincial-level administrative units, not organizing district level, arranging commune level from July 1, 2025, Ninh Giang district has completed its historical mission, in the district formed 5 new communes: Ninh Giang, Vinh Lai, Tan An, Khuc Thua Du and Hong Chau. The nearly 80-year history of construction and development of Ninh Giang district will be a valuable asset, an important driving force for the Party Committee and people of the 5 communes to continue writing new history in the process of building and developing their homeland.
