Novagroup Joint Stock Company has just announced the results of stock transactions related to internal people of No Va Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Novaland - stock code NLV) led by Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon as Chairman of the Board.
Accordingly, on May 31, January 5,1 and June 6, Novagroup completed the sale of more than 6 Novaland shares, reducing the holding ratio from 729.000% to 24,9%. The number of Novagroup holdings after the transaction is nearly 24,85 million Novaland shares.
Previously, Diamond Properties Joint Stock Company - the company chaired by Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon's wife, Mrs. Cao Thi Ngoc Suong, was also sold off by a securities company with nearly 84.000 Novaland shares in the last sessions of May. After the transaction, the company's share holding rate in Novaland is more than 5% (about 10,3 million shares).

Meanwhile, Ms. Bui Cao Ngoc Quynh, the daughter of Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon, registered to buy 3,45 million Novaland shares between June 2 and 30 to increase her ownership rate. The transaction is expected to be executed by the method of agreement and order matching. If the transaction is successful, Ms. Quynh's Novaland holding ratio will increase from 6 million shares (21,6%) to 1,11 million shares (25%). Closing the stock trading session on the afternoon of June 7, Novaland's shares rose sharply, reaching the ceiling (6%) to 7 dong/share. |
