Ingredients: 150g, 100g beef, 50ml white wine, soy sauce, garlic, salt, cooking oil, pepper, sugar.

- Prepare ingredients: When you buy dried seaweed, soak it in water for about 20-30 minutes to let it expand and soften. Next, take a little salt or vinegar, squeeze it with the seaweed to remove the fishy smell of the seaweed. Then, wash the seaweed and take it out to drain, then cut the seaweed into about 5cm long strands, do not cut it too small. When you buy the beef, wash it and cut it into small pieces. Then, put the beef in a bowl and marinate it with soy sauce, pepper, 1 tablespoon of white wine and mix well to let the beef absorb the spices.

- Preparation: Peel and mince the garlic. Next, add cooking oil to the pot and place it on the stove over low heat. When the oil boils, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add the marinated beef and stir-fry until the meat is rare, then add the seaweed and stir-fry together. Use chopsticks to stir-fry the seaweed and beef until they are seasoned, stir-fry for about 10 minutes, then turn off the stove. Add a sufficient amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil. Then, add the beef and stir-fried seaweed to the pot of water to cook the soup. Note, add a moderate amount of water so that the soup has a rich and delicious flavor. Season the soup again to taste, and when the soup boils, turn off the stove.

- Finish: To make the soup more delicious and flavorful, you can add a few thinly sliced ​​ginger slices and a little sesame oil to the pot. These are strong spices that can cover up the remaining fishy taste of seaweed. Moreover, the hot taste of ginger balances the cold nature of seaweed to avoid stomach cold.
