Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen (born in 1971) is currently the Party Secretary and Head of the Fatherland Front Committee of Hamlet 4, Thanh Hoa Commune, Thanh Loi District, Tay Ninh Province. She is also a representative of the Commune People's Council for the 2021-2026 term. Over the past period, Ms. Yen has consistently strived to fulfill her assigned political duties and has pioneered the development of her family's economy through a high-tech seedless lemon cultivation model, yielding practical results.
As the Party Branch Secretary and Head of the Front Committee of the hamlet, she demonstrated a high sense of responsibility and set a leading example in implementing the resolutions, directives, and policies of the Party and the laws of the State. In Party branch meetings, she focused on improving quality and promoting the role of the political core at the grassroots level; actively propagating and mobilizing the people to participate in patriotic emulation movements, building a cultured life, developing new rural areas, maintaining security and order, and protecting the environment.

As a representative of the Commune People's Council, Ms. Yen effectively fulfills her role in representing the will and aspirations of the people. As a result, her lemon orchard thrives, yielding high productivity and quality that meets market standards, bringing her a considerable income and contributing to improving her family's living standards.
Besides achieving economic success in lemon cultivation, Ms. Yen is also willing to share her production experience and techniques with farmers in the hamlet. She encourages farmers to boldly apply scientific advancements to agricultural production, contributing to sustainable economic development. Whenever Ms. Yen is mentioned, the locals express their admiration for her dedication to local communities and her dynamic and successful business acumen.
