OMODA C5 achieved 5-star safety certification from ASEAN NCAP

The ASEAN NCAP 5-star rating is based on four key safety assessment categories determined under the latest ASEAN NCAP 2021 - 2025 protocol. The OMODA C5 scored 36.77 points in Adult Occupant Protection (AOP), 17.36 points in Child Occupant Protection (COP), 19.51 points in Safety Assist (SA) and 15.00 points in Motorcyclist Safety (MS).

The OMODA C5 has made significant strides in terms of vehicle safety with a range of safety equipment including six airbags, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Seatbelt Reminder System for both front and rear seat occupants and Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) for both city and inter-urban environments. In addition, the OMODA C5 is also equipped with Blind Spot Detection (BSD), Automatic High Beam (AHB) and Pedestrian Protection (PP). In addition to these standard features, the OMODA is also equipped with the ADAS intelligent driving assistance package reaching level 2.5 autonomous driving.
