Mr. Dang Xuan Phong was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee.

VTV.vn - The Politburo decided to transfer, assign and appoint Mr. Dang Xuan Phong, Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

According to Directive No. 45-CT/TW dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo , the Party Congresses in the merged and consolidated places this term will not elect a new Party Committee and a delegation to attend the congress at a higher level; the higher Party Committee will directly appoint according to regulations.

Pursuant to the Party Charter and Party regulations and rules, the Politburo issued a Decision on appointing the Secretary and Deputy Secretaries of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; Decision on the mobilization, assignment and appointment of comrade Dang Xuan Phong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, hold the position of Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030 and participate in the Party Committee of Military Region 3.

Previously, at the 1st Congress of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, the Politburo announced the Decision on comrade Truong Quoc Huy, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Ninh Binh province, to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and cease holding the position of Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the term 2020-2025; appointing comrade Truong Quoc Huy, Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025-2030.

At the 1st Congress of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, assigned by the Politburo, comrade Hoang Dang Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo's Decision on personnel work; Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030.

Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term has 100 comrades; the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has 25 comrades. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee consists of 5 comrades. Comrade Dang Xuan Phong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee holds the position of Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Comrades: Dinh Thi Lua, Le Quoc Chinh, Pham Quang Ngoc, Mai Van Tuat hold the position of Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee.

In his acceptance speech, the new Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, Dang Xuan Phong, thanked the Politburo and the Secretariat for their trust in assigning him the position of Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
