In the action program sent to the HCMC People's Council, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong said that in the past time, as a member of the City Party Committee and a member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, he himself has always actively researched and contributed ideas to build the contents and participated in directing the implementation of the Resolution of the City Party Committee Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee at the conferences. Regarding the implementation of the key task of being in charge of advising on the implementation of Resolution 98/2023/QH15 of the National Assembly on piloting specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong affirmed that he will proactively conduct in-depth research on the specific mechanisms and policies identified in the resolution, compare them with the practical situation of the city's development and the situation of law application in related fields, to promptly advise the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, the Steering Committee for the implementation of Resolution No. 98/2023/QH15 on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City (Steering Committee 850) to promptly apply and implement the Resolution with the highest efficiency.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong also pledged to regularly urge the city's departments and relevant agencies to closely coordinate with the Central Ministries and agencies to promptly remove obstacles and difficulties in the implementation process in order to maximize the effectiveness of the resolution to serve the city's development.
Along with that, regularly review and advise the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the City People's Committee, the Steering Committee for the implementation of Resolution 98 of the Central Committee to periodically review and summarize the implementation of the Resolution to contribute to evaluating the implementation results, continue to advise all levels and sectors, and especially advise the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the City People's Committee to update, supplement and develop new policies to create more favorable conditions for Ho Chi Minh City to develop strongly in the coming time, especially in the new era of development, the era of national growth.
